Look At Me Collagen Face Mask
Wow! January is almost over! Where did the time go?! 2023 sure is flying by. Today’s post is on one of my most recent TJMaxx trip finds. I like looking for K-beauty stuff there and sheet masks on clearance are simply something I cannot pass up. Here’s what I think of the Look At Me Collagen Face Mask.
First thoughts? I got this in a box of 10 in my last TJMaxx shopping trip on clearance. The packaging and the brand name caught my eye. I had a pretty good impression with the Look At Me Hyaluronic Acid Face Mask that it was a no-brainer for me to grab it. The packaging is bright, cute and not overly fussy. The scent of this is really strong. It reminds me of those body sprays from Calgon in high school. It eventually dissipates after a few minutes being on my face. The sheet mask is made out of tencel like some MEDIHEAL ones. It’s thin but holds onto the essence well. The sheet mask was soaked and dripping in essence when I first fished it out of the packet. The essence is on the thicker side for most sheet mask essences. It’s actually gel-like. I left it on my skin for a good while and it dried off nicely over time. My skin looks bright and felt great.
Any negatives? I still have 9 of these to confirm or squash the thought that this caused the breakout on my face and neck (nothing too bad, a few lone bumps on my forehead and neck) the following days after use. I did save the leftover essence and used it in my day and night skincare routine for the next 2 days after using the sheet mask. The breakout isn’t too bad but I can’t say for sure that this sheet mask caused it. I’ll wait for it to clear up and try again. I hope it’s a one off thing caused by something else cause I really liked using this sheet mask.

Look At Me Hyaluronic Acid Face Mask
Brr! The mornings are getting more chilly with each passing day. That said, I am a fan of the weather still after a few months of intense heat. I have been pondering whether I should start warming up my face masks before use as the cooling aspect of the face mask is beginning to tamper with my sheet masking experience. It’s not freezing here yet so I’ll wait a bit. With that said, today’s post is on a sheet mask with cutesy packaging. Here’s my review on the Look At Me Hyaluronic Acid Face Mask.
First thoughts? I got this in a box of 10 in my last TJMaxx shopping trip for I think $5.99 before taxes. The packaging is so cute and I’ve always heard about hyaluronic acid and how it’s great for the skin, so I picked this up along with 2 other boxes of sheet masks. I didn’t have high expectations for this but wow — this impressed me a crap ton! The scent is on the stronger side but I don’t find it bothersome. It actually smells very familiar, like I’ve had this in some other beauty or skincare product before. It fades after a few minutes being on my face. The sheet mask is made out of tencel like some MEDIHEAL ones. It’s on the thin side but holds onto the essence nicely. When I first fished this out of the packet, the sheet mask was so soaked with essence that I was watching out for dripping. I experienced what I can best describe as a slight tingling sensation as it is like the minty feel that you get when using a product with mint or eucalyptus but it is not cooling at all. In fact, it leans towards slightly a warming feeling. It was a little trippy trying to sort exactly what I’m feeling on my face for a while. It took a long time to dry enough for me to take it off. The sheet mask was still very moist that I rubbed it on my neck, legs and feet. And the most noticeable change? I looked in the mirror and my pores have shrunk!!! My skin looks nicely hydrated on too of that but I couldn’t believe it. That alone will be enough reason for me to stock up on more of these. I may look into some hyaluronic acid essences or serums the next time I go to TJMaxx. And guess what else? After applying some face moisturizer on top of it after it dried down nicely, I woke up the next morning and my pores are still tiny! I haven’t had this level of excitement about a sheet mask since the DERMAL Pearl Collagen Essence Mask. I have finally found another sheet mask that gives a very noticeable positive effect like that one.
Any negatives? None in my book. I’m going to look for this in my next visit to TJMaxx and stock up on these. They have a fairly long expiry date but I’ll also be on the lookout for a hyaluronic acid essence or serum as if that’s the secret ingredient to my smaller pores after using this sheet mask then maybe I can just go ahead and skip the sheet mask use and make it part of my daily routine. Based on the description on the back of the packet, it boasts having a blend of 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid.
