Soo’AE Purifying Black Charcoal Mask

How’s 2023 shaping up for you guys? I hope you’re all off to a good start. I decided to try this sheet mask over the weekend as I’ve had it for quite a while. It didn’t have an expiration date printed on it so I was wary….but I decided to finally give it a go. Here’s my thoughts on the Soo’AE Purifying Black Charcoal Mask.

First thoughts? It sounds promising and I had high hopes for it. I fished out the black sheet mask from the packet and slapped it onto my face. The scent is of some generic bath and body product that I’ve smelled before but there’s a tinge of something that’s off. It could just be that I’ve had it longer than I should’ve. I didn’t really enjoy the scent at all. It’s not very light either, so I kept it on my face only for the recommended time listed on the back of the packet. I removed it and then let it air dry. It was slightly sticky after a while but it didn’t bother me since I sealed it off with my face moisturizer.

Any negatives? Even though I wasn’t repulsed by the scent, I dislike it enough to say that this is definitely not a repurchase for me. Other than the regular things I observe from using a sheet mask like my face looking healthy or dewy, nothing else stands out about it.
