I am 2 months in using this product and I feel like I have enough to provide a comprehensive review. Today’s post is on Freeman Papaya and Mango Moisture Shampoo.
What I love about this product? It’s supposed to be color safe and rich in moisture, which is a welcoming thing for dry and damaged hair. I was actually pretty happy with how it performed even though I don’t have colored hair and my hair is neither dry nor damaged. The most interesting thing I found about it is that it acts like a clarifying shampoo almost for me. It gives me that squeaky clean feeling in my hair that I normally get with clarifying shampoos. It’s just not to the same degree — which isn’t a bad thing at all! I really appreciate it as summer weather is here and my hair tends to fall limp faster due to any products and natural oils from my scalp weighing it down. This provides some relief to that until the next wash. The scent of this product is definitely on the fruity side although it doesn’t strike me as having the freshness tone that fresh fruit has.
What I don’t like about this product? It looks to be discontinued. -.-

Hey guys! Today’s post is on a product I got from my close friend Renu. She was sent this to try it out and stuff but it didn’t work out for her. While the product seems that it works well, she found it to be too drying for her skin. She passed it onto me and here are my thoughts on the NEOGEN Dermalogy Green Tea Real Fresh Foam Cleanser.
What I love about this product? Everything from the pump bottle to the green colored packaging to the scent — it’s all very appealing to me. I was wary about trying out a new facial cleanser but since my friend found it too drying, it might be perfect for me since I think I have oilier skin than her. The first 2 times I tried it, I could see what she meant about it being on the drying side. It cleans my skin very well, stripping almost ALL of the oils from my face. While I love it, I do agree with her that it’s on the drying side. BUT! I started the Korean 10-step skin routine (mine’s more like 8 steps really) and the first step is using an oil based facial cleanser. The cleansing oil I’ve been using is DHC Deep Cleansing Oil. While it doesn’t leave my face with a lot of oil, I could still feel some left over on my face. Enter the NEOGEN Dermalogy Green Tea Real Fresh Foam Cleanser for step 2 and it is PERFECT for it! It cleans and strips away whatever is left over after using the cleansing oil. My face is ready then for the next step (facial toner). The way I apply this is to use one pump’s worth of foam and spread it over my dry (or close to dry) face. I rub in or massage it in as much as I can and wet my fingers to add water to it on my face. I find that I have better control this way than a few other ways I’ve tried to use this product.
What I don’t like about this product? Nothing other than accessibility probably. The price is a bit higher than most generic cleansers but it lasts a long time and it’s worth the price.

I got this box earlier but I didn’t get around to posting it. By now, I received another Walmart Beauty Box so I thought I’d post this one now. Here’s what I got in my Walmart Spring 2018 Beauty Box.
The most excited thing in this bunch is the peeling gel face mask. And I can’t wait to try the Aquaphor product. I hope it doesn’t come across as too greasy!
The contents of this bag is much better than many of the ones I got recently. I hope next month’s bag continues this trend!
