Shimmer Polish Candace

Hey guys! The weekend is about to start and I’m sure glad for it! I’ll be catching up on some zzz’s and hopefully take some more pictures for my other blog entries. I’ve been busy putting all kinds of beauty items to the test this week. My co-worker sisters have noticed with the subtle shimmer here and there they see on me. For today’s post, here’s Shimmer Polish Candace.

Shimmer Polish Candace

I honestly was surprised at how much I liked this shade. It looked a lot like yellow to me but it’s actually gold. It’s made up of primarily gold and black glitter, just like how the creator described it on the website. The gold glitter pieces are holographic when the light hits them right. Just like other Shimmer Polish shades I’ve used and reviewed, glitter pieces are abundant and no sinking glitter at all even though I’ve had this bottle for more than a year. Formula is thin but applies beautifully. The glitter in this shade doesn’t feel as packed and abundant compared to their other shades I own. Shown is 2 thin coats with no top coat.

Yummy. Another winner in my opinion.

Shimmer Polish retails for $12 each and you can purchase them on the website or through their Etsy store. If none of the shades are quite right, you can request a custom polish to be made in any name you want for $15 each.
