Curtsy & Bow Shell We Dance
Hey guys! If you read my previous entry about Curtsy & Bow’s shade Intimate Sand and is on the fence with trying this brand out, my take on them with this shade will hopefully help you guys decide for sure. I thought the previous shade was so-so, but this one put the brand in a much favorable light for me. Here is Shell We Dance.
Shell We Dance is described on their site as “a peach/coral pink solid lacquer” and it pretty much nails it. This shade makes me think of orange sherbet flavored things be it ice cream, cotton candy or just candy in general. It’s so pretty and light, a very delicate color. Formula was great with this shade. I did NOT have any difficulty with this one compared to the last shade I tried. Shown is 2 thin coats with no top coat.
The price is a little steep compared with popular brands such as OPI, China Glaze and Zoya. It falls in the category of high-end polishes really. What do you guys think?
Curtsy & Bow lacquers come in a 0.5 fl oz glass bottle topped with a recyclable aluminum cap and are priced at $15 to $20 each. You can see the list of salons that carries Curtsy & Bow or purchase this on their webpage here.
