things that Kitty likes

Sally Hansen Mousseline

Hey y’all! I’ve been busy this weekend, so I didn’t have any posts going at all really. But I’m now back with this simple shade from Sally Hansen’s Complete Salon Manicure line for Fall 2011. This one’s made by Sally Hansen joining forces with J. Mendel.

Sally Hansen Mousseline

Mousseline is a “custom sheer cream Complete Salon Manicure polish to complement the luxe furs and structured pieces J. Mendel sent down the runway.” It didn’t look much just by looking at the bottle, so I was pleasantly surprised when I actually LOVED it on my nails. It has a clean look and it’s a shade that you can sport at work. It’s a bit on the sheer side, but thicker coats or another thin coat shoudl even out the slightly bald spot. Shown is 3 thin coats with no top coat.

What do you think? It’s simple and quite sophisticated at the same time. These should be available at wherever Sally Hansen is retailed in October.

  1. Wow, that is a really pretty shade! There’s something both sophisticated and edgy about it, like you can fit in at work but still show you like to make your own way maybe? I don’t know, but I like it! It looks great on you, too!
