Dare To Wear Pop Artist

This is the last of the Dare To Wear polishes I have. Today’s shade is from their Doll House Collection, one that I would certainly love to complete at some point along with Disco Tech for sure. Here is Pop Artist.

Dare To Wear Pop Artist

Pop Artist is a shade that is made up of iridescent regular, round, and bar glitters in a slightly pink-tinted base. I like this glitter combination more than the ones from the Disco Tech Collection, as shown with Dancing Shoes previously. I think it’s the iridescent glitter that really makes this shade more appealing to me. Application went pretty smoothly for me. Shown is 2 thin coats with no top coat.

Do you like this type of glitter shade better than Dancing Shoes?

Dare To Wear DJ Mix

Today, I have bright one for y’all from Dare To Wear’s Creative Rhythm Collection. The Creative Rhythm Collection has 6 bright neon shades that definitely suits summer. Here is DJ Mix.

Date To Wear DJ Mix

This shade is the one I think would be the majority’s favorite from that collection. It’s a deep green neon that makes me think of the ocean. The direct sunlight shot shows the shade accurately. As with most neons, this dries matte-ish. It’s nothing that a top coat can’t fix! Formula was good to work with and it dries pretty fast. Shown is 2 thin coats with no top coat.

Dare To Wear Dancing Shoes

Straight from their Disco Tech Collection, Dancing Shoes is one of Dare To Wears’ most interesting shades to date. I wish I had the entire collection, but this will do for now.

Mmmmmmmm, glitter. I like how it looks except for the bar glitter. I’m not sure how to feel about that yet. But overall? Love. Aside from the bar glitter, there’s regular glitter and hex glitter in the mix as well. Formula was on the thin side, but it went on my nails smoothly. Shown is 2 thin coats with no top coat.

It would look great over a light blue shade I bet. How do you guys feel about these glittery shades?

Dare To Wear Go Girl

Hey all! Today, I have a very bright number for you guys. I’ve heard of this brand from a friend of mine who I fondly refer to as my polish and bag sister. I met her through a forum because of the love we have for designer bags and she’s the one who kinda led me to this polish madness. I had her once for a beauty products Random Act Of Kindness thing (kinda like a Secret Santa) and she had lots of polishes on her wishlist. After seeing all those beautiful colors, it was only a matter of time I got sucked into it. Looking up swatch pictures, I never knew there were blogs like that and Scrangie’s swatches of OPI’s 2010 Holiday Collection sealed the deal.

So……neons are relatively new to me since I’ve always shied away from it. Something about the brightness and the fact that most neons don’t have any shimmer (I love holos, glitters, and shimmers!). Well, I actually didn’t even think that neons have any shimmer until I saw some of China Glaze’s neon shades. That was the moment I went neon crazy. You’ll be seeing more neons on my blog (just in time for summer too!), but today we have Dare To Wear’s Go Girl from their Nightlife Collection.

Dare To Wear Go Girl

What a bright pink! This shade provides that pop of color, sure to brighten your day (and annoy some others, hehe). It’s the perfect pink neon that I would want to sport when I’m thinking of a bright color. Formula is smooth and buttery. It gave me no problems at all. I’ve been slightly paranoid reading that neons can be streaky and such, but not with this one! Shown is 2 thin coats with no top coat.

So, what do you think? Yay or nay?

Dare To Wear Bling It On Collection

Too bad I don’t have easy access to these pretties. I would love to see how these are on my nails.

Flirty Lace looks interesting. The first one that caught my eye though is Steppin Out, quite the bold color. Which shades interest you and where do you get your Dare To Wear polishes?
