Curtain Call: Artistry Replenishing Eye Creme
Hey guys! Today’s Curtain Call post is on a product I’ve used a long time ago. I picked up 2 of these and ended up giving one of them to my mom back home. I find it a bit pricey for what I’m getting, so I never purchased it again. Here’s Artistry Replenishing Eye Creme.
At 15 ml / 14 g / 0.5 fl oz, this retails for $28.40 at their website. It’s a pretty penny for such little product, which led me to have very high hopes for this. The product comes packaged in a small white squeeze tube with a twist cap. The benefits of using this product is listed on their website as the following:
- Begin to see younger-looking eyes in just 24 hours!
- Fight the signs of aging and fatigue – by reducing the appearance of fine lines and puffiness with this clinically tested eye creme.
- Reduce the appearance of fine lines, puffiness, and the appearance of dark circles by 29% in just 16 weeks.
- Increase and sustain skin’s surface moisture level by an average of 100% after a single application of replenishing eye creme.
- Fortify delicate skin around your eyes with citrus bioflavonoids.
- Soothe and refresh skin with linseed, licorice extract, and echinacea.

Artistry Replenishing Eye Creme
Verdict? Not bad, but I’ll pass on this. As an eye creme, it does what it’s supposed to do. But all the other claims? I’m not sure any eye creme can give a noticeable change in just 24 hours. Formula is good and a little goes a long way. I’m not too thrilled about the scent too. It’s a little on the medicine-y side to me. It’s not too strong though and I was able to tolerate it. With all that, I’m keeping my options open to look around for other more worthy eye cremes for a cheaper price probably.

Curtain Call: Artistry Time Defiance Nighttime Renewal Creme
Hey guys! Here’s another segment of Curtain Call and I’ll have to keep this one short and sweet. The product up for review at the end of its life is Artistry Time Defiance Nighttime Renewal Creme.
At 50 ml / 50 g / 1.76 oz, I remember the price tag was pretty steep to other facial moisturizers and cremes I’ve purchased. Looking at their website, it seems like they have renamed this to Artistry Time Defiance Night Recovery Creme. It comes in a sturdy white tub container with a gold screw top lid. This is described on their website with the following:
- Skin “remembers” how to be young again
- Derma Cell Exchange helps restore skin’s vital communication network
- Helps repair the visible signs of aging caused by environmental stresses
- Restores a youthful appearance while you sleep
- Restores and promotes skin’s firmness and elasticity
- Advanced antioxidant protection shields skin from free radical damage for up to 10 hours

Artistry Time Defiance Nighttime Renewal Creme
Verdict? Not bad, but I’ll pass. As a facial creme, it does hydrate my skin very well for the night. A little goes a long way. I am not a huge fan though on the grease level, which is why I will reiterate this point again: a little goes a long way. Another things I am not too thrilled about is the scent. Formula is good, but the scent is a little on the medicine-y side to me. It’s not too strong though and I was able to stand it. I don’t really notice any huge changes to my skin in comparing before and after use of this product really. With that said, I’d rather keep my options open and look around for other more worthy facial moisturizers or cremes for a cheaper price probably.

Curtain Call: Artistry Clarifying Foaming Cleanser
Hey y’all! I hope you guys had a great Christmas! I am still here in Philly, spending the Holidays with my cousins and friends. It’s been a good time so far. Lots of food, lots of stories and not to mention I plowed through lots of books (4 as of most recent count, which includes all 3 Hunger Games books). Today’s post is another Curtain Call segment. It’s another facial cleanser. I had a period of time in where I didn’t post any Curtain Call blog entries at all, so I’m just catching up. Here’s Artistry Clarifying Foaming Cleanser.
At 125 ml / 125 g / 4.4 oz, this cleanser rates pretty well in my book. I tried to figure out how much it costed me when I got it, but the most similar product available on their website now is the Artisty Time Defiance Cleansing Treatment (which costs $31.65!). This costs more than the facial cleansers and scrubs offered from other various drugstore brands. It comes in an easy to squeeze white tube and the whole tube lasted me for about 3 months for daily usage in the morning and at night. The consistency is a clear gel, like most hair gels. It lathers up really quick too. To use, I just wet my face and squeeze a small amount on my palm to apply it on my face in a massaging motion. I wash it off and dry my face with a towel in a patting motion.

Artistry Clarifying Foaming Cleanser
Verdict? It’s very easy to use and works really well as a facial cleanser. It’s very mild in my opinion and does a great job in removing all dirt, oil and impurities. It cleanses really well without drying my skin at all. This is very safe to use daily. The price may be its downfall for me. I do love it, but I probably won’t be purchasing this again unless I get a great deal on it. I mean, over $30 for a facial cleanser?! Yeah.
