Today I’m reviewing another product from the ONE line. I have tried and tested various products from this brand and so far they’ve all been pretty good even with the few cons each product may have. Here’s ONE Natural Bath Fizzer.
ONE Natural Bath Fizzer
The 6.1 oz / 173 g bath fizzer, also fondly called a bath bomb, comes plastic wrapped in the familiar 100% recyclable cardboard packaging. I was starting to wonder about the plastic wrap that holds the fizzer and how recyclable that is when I saw that the top view of the packaging states “Plastic wrap around fizzer is 100% Bio-Degradable”. The bath fizzer I received is in the fragrance Blue Earth. The front text reads “Let this little earth save your body”. Also spotted is the now familiar “One moment to enjoy * One planet to preserve * One life to live” caption going around the top of the cardboard packaging.

What I love about this product? Just like with all their other products, the packaging is 100% recyclable (even the plastic wrap!). The bath fizzer is big and is conveniently split up for one or 2 usages. Directions for use is pretty straightforward. It performs as expected when dropped into the tub of water. As it fizzes, the pleasant fresh scent fills the air. It provided a very relaxing and soothing experience. It left my skin just slightly moisturized; it’s not drying at all. They have several other scents to choose from too.
What I don’t like about this product? Nothing. Pricing of this product doesn’t break the bank at all, so you can try all the fragrances they have to offer.

ONE Natural Body Butter
I’ve been using this ever since I finished reviewing the ONE Natural Hand & Body Lotion. Here’s my take on ONE Natural Body Butter.

The 7 fl oz / 207 g body butter is housed in an aluminum tin container. As everyone knows by now, all ONE products boasts to have 100% recyclable packaging; from their cardboard boxes to the aluminum containers and packets. The body butter I received is in the fragrance You wild coconut, you! and all I can say about that is WOW. The front text reads “smooth that tired skin”. Also spotted is the now familiar “One moment to enjoy * One less thing in a landfill * One life to live * One planet to preserve” logo forming a circular frame around the brand name on the center of the front cardboard packaging.

DIRECTIONS: Slather on daily to scent your body and soften your skin. Apply in a circular motion, be sure to cover rough dry areas. Natural creamy shea body butter hydrates your body from fingertips to tippy toes. Soothes and smooths out overworked and dry skin. Hooray for Shea!

What I love about this product? Just like the packaging with their sugar scrub, ONE Natural Sugar Scrub, the aluminum tin container the product is housed in gives a nice luxurious touch for me. It has a screw on lid. Product has more of the greasy feel compared to their hand and body lotion version, but that is expected from a body butter or creme. The formula is rich and I can feel the slight grease, but it is quickly absorbed by my skin and it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I think that’s the main difference on the richness I felt from using this product compared to other body butters and cremes I’ve used from multiple brands over the years. My skin stayed very moisturized throughout the whole day. The smell is oh so good and heavenly. I LOVE coconuts. If you’re not a coconut fan, it might be worth checking out what other scents their body butters comes in. They have several other fragrances to choose from.
What I don’t like about this product? The thin film used to contain the body butter in the container and retain its freshness for use. I’m not sure what material it uses, but it’s very thin and it breaks open pretty easily. It was almost invisible really in the body butter I got. Little bits of it were on the product itself and I had to ensure I remove all those bits before using the body butter on myself.

Hey guys! I’m sure y’all are familiar with the brand ONE by now. I’ve gotten the opportunity to try out their products and most have scored high marks in my book. I find them comparable to brands like LUSH maybe. I do find this brand more accessible and better, so I’ll be sticking with this brand a lot more in general from now on. Today’s post is about ONE Natural Sugar Scrub.

As everyone knows by now, all ONE products boasts to have 100% recyclable packaging; from their cardboard boxes to the aluminum containers and packets. The sugar scrub I received is in the fragrance Sun Drenched Lemon. The front text reads “rejuvenates for yummy looking skin”. Also spotted is the now familiar “One moment to enjoy * One life to live * One planet to preserve” logo forming a circular frame around the brand name on the center of the front cardboard packaging.

DIRECTIONS: Use a couple of times a week to polish and exfoliate your body. Apply a small amount onto a pouf or washcloth and gently rub against your skin. ONE Sugar Scrub will take your body to another level…Smooth as butter? You better believe it! Leaves your skin smelling lemony fresh. Ooh, it’s so good!

What I love about this product? Wow, where do I begin? The aluminum tin container the product is housed in gives a nice luxurious touch for me. It has a screw on lid. The formula is very rich and luscious. I’ve tried a lot of sugar scrubs that has that has a greasy formula, some less than others. This one isn’t greasy at all, so no slipping in the shower cause of this! Formula is a little bit on the thick side, but that’s expected from a good scrub. Granules are of the right size to provide some scrubbiness in bath or shower. Just straight to the touch, I find it sticky – no surprise there though. The lemon scent is so intoxicating and invigorating. It’s pretty strong, but it doesn’t stay on you much afterwards. My skin feels soft and smooth after use. I definitely am looking forward to my next shower or bath with this product. And as usual with ONE products, all packaging is recyclable to help the environment.
What I don’t like about this product? If I had to be really picky, probably the price. But it’s definitely worth it compared to similar products from brands in the same niche such as LUSH.

I have had the opportunity to try this recently and I loved it! It couldn’t accompany me to my recent trip to Philly, but I’ve been using it ever since I got back. Another thumbs up from me for this brand! Here’s ONE Natural Hand & Body Lotion.

What I love about this product? Product is not very greasy at all even when it’s not as watery compared to lotions from other popular brands. It has the consistency and feel of a cross between lotion and cream. It leaves no residue and moisturizes really well. I followed the directions and my skin is moisturized instantly. The smell is not what I expected it to be. I was expecting something along the lines of lemons and oranges, but I got something like citrus and ginger instead. It’s invigorating. You might want to keep that in mind when purchasing since there are several other fragrances to choose from.
What I don’t like about this product? The aluminum tube container. When I opened the aluminum screw cap off, the neck of the tube has grooves that helps guide the cap when screwing it shut. It gave me the impression that I could accidentally hurt my fingers one day touching the aluminum grooves. I’m sure they’ve tested this product packaging many, many times that it’s actually very safe. NOTE: I did NOT run my fingers over it to test that. It just gave me that feeling, that’s all. *shrug* The tube itself is something I have to get used to as well. I’m used to the traditional plastic bottles or whatever other material they use for tubes like this….just not aluminum. Going past the product packaging is the price point. It’s slightly higher than a lot of the common popular store and name brands, but I don’t think it’s too much for the niche this brand is in. Compare it to their other competitors and price isn’t really a huge factor.
Another bonus? These have the scratch and sniff feature located on the top flap of the cardboard box packaging, as shown below.

Along with all the other review entries I’ve made for the brand ONE, I got another one for you guys today. This is for a product I have purchased probably once before and it was from LUSH. Here’s ONE Natural Lotion Massage Bar.

The 2.5 oz / 70 g lotion massage bar is nestled in the embossed aluminum tin container. The lotion massage bar I received is the Calming Bar. As with other ONE products, the entire package is recyclable. The front text reads “simply a relaxing treat” and “also great for scars & stretch marks”. Also spotted is the now familiar “One moment to enjoy * One less thing in a landfill * One life to live * One planet to preserve” that goes around on the top rim of the cardboard package.

DIRECTIONS: Place directly on skin, it will actually tingle as it glides over your body. Massage onto skin concentrating on tense muscles and sore spots. Caution, highly addictive, leaves your skin relaxed and smelling great.

What I love about this product? It’s very easy to use and comes in a neat tin container for easy transport. I followed the directions and my skin is moisturized instantly. It doesn’t take much to get it going. I do feel the tingle and I welcome that. It feels great on my skin. It’s even better if you have your special someone help you with those hard to reach spots or simply for a more relaxing massage session. The product had 4 knob or ridges on one side to help with the massaging, but mine didn’t have it as it melted somehow on the way to me. I still managed to use it, but more as a lotion bar of course. I didn’t find this product too greasy at all. Just try a little bit to start with to see how much is needed for your own personal preference. The smell is a bit strong, but it’s a scent that’s therapeutic and relaxing.
What I don’t like about this product? Being that this product solely relies on the ridges for the massaging part, it will eventually melt away and end up just being a lotion bar (like what I have). One would end up having to apply it like a regular lotion bar and maybe follow up with a massage afterwards. It would’ve been much better if it had some beans or other massaging components rather than the ridges that will melt away. I read that the other lotion massage bar they have has that aspect (I think beans or bean like things in the lotion massage bar). It can also be considered a bit pricey, but compared to a similar brand like LUSH….this is not bad at all for the amount of product you’re getting. I’m definitely picking the other lotion massage bar they have called Oh, My Gosh! when I go to Target next time.

ONE Natural Nighty Nite Tonic Hydrating Mask
I have recently come across this product and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I’ve never used a mask that came like this really. And I badly needed it when I was in Philly! I spent an afternoon in my Aunt and Uncle’s attic retrieving my suitcases from years ago and searching for baby clothes. You see, I left 2 suitcases there when I went to college and occasionally came back to add and/or remove stuff from them. Well, since I’ve been based in Oklahoma for the past 3.5 years I figured that I’ll just take them back with me when my Holiday visit is over. And as a lot of attics are….the one I was in is dusty and full of that insulation material. Those insulation fibres got me good and the skin around my nose area got really cracked. I plowed through the first 2 days after that miserably, but then I remember that I brought this product with me and decided to try it out. I was hoping that it would somehow help condition my skin well. Here’s ONE Nighty Nite Tonic Hydrating Mask.

The 1.2 fl oz / 35 g quantity packs a lot of goodness in a clear gel form for the cloth like mask. As you may have guessed, the gel is mostly made up of aloe vera and the product comes in a 100% recyclable foil packet that’s easy transport. And yes, the white cloth like mask is also 100% biodegradable, as shown in the picture. The front text reads “Relax * Rejuvenate * Recycle” and “recycle this package with your aluminum cans 
”. Also spotted is the now familiar “One moment to enjoy * One less thing in a landfill * One life to live * One planet to preserve” forming a circular frame sort of on the upper left corner of the packet.
What I love about this product? It’s so easy to use. Just open the packet and leave on face for 15-20 minutes. It left my face feeling very moisturized and rejuvenated. The coolness of the clear gel really hit the spot. Only tip I want to add is to start with lining up the mask to your forehead while using the holes of the eyes in the mask as a guide. That’s the easiest way for me when I tried it out. I don’t detect any scent with this product. Best of all, it did help with my predicament from being up in an attic for about 2 hours. I am now back in Oklahoma and none of my co-worker friends can tell that I have tiny cuts and dryness in my nose and mouth area.
What I don’t like about this product? Nothing really. I’m definitely picking this up when I go to Target next time.

Today’s post is about a product that I’ve been testing for a couple of days now. I have come across this brand a little bit ago and have even spotted it in the Philippines when I went back home last July. Here’s ONE Natural Shea Butter Lip Balm in Cherry Pie.

The 0.36 oz / 10 g quantity may not sound a lot, but it is plenty for a lip balm. It is made with shea butter and comes in an aluminum tin container for easy use and transport. The cardboard packaging is 100% recyclable. The front text reads “Cherry Pie” and “Like mom use to make”. Also spotted is “One moment to enjoy * One less thing in a landfill * One life to live * One planet to preserve” forming a circular frame sort of on the tin cover label.

What I love about this product? It’s housed in a small, sturdy aluminum tin container that makes it easy to use and carry. The formula is moisturizing without being greasy. Since the weather right now is pretty cold, it might take a little bit more effort to get the product out to apply on the lips since the formula hardens more. The smell and taste isn’t very strong in my opinion. The one I tried is Cherry Pie. It’s suitable for those who can be sensitive to scents probably. Cherries aren’t my favorite fruit, so I can’t really vouch if it’s really “like mom use to make” or not. The lip balm is light pink in color, but I can’t tell there is color when applied on the lips. It’s almost like it’s just a tint of pink. As usual with ONE products, all packaging is recyclable to help the environment.
What I don’t like about this product? Nothing really. I might prefer certain scents over the other, but that’s not much to complain about really.

ONE Natural Solid Shampoo
Ever have problems with packing shampoo in your luggage when you travel? Have you ever tried solid shampoos out there in the market? I know that I have been reluctant to try them. It’s just something I’m not used to, but I’m glad that I caved in. I had the opportunity to try out ONE’s solid shampoo in Hair Biscuit, a natural solid shampoo with an aluminum shower tin that comes in an all-recyclable cardboard packaging. Being green has never been more apparent than looking at this item. The solid shampoo I got is called Hair Biscuit for “yummy looking hair”. It is also available in other scents such as It’s Green (for bouncy lively hair), Goldilocks (name should be a clue!) and Squeaky Clean (for oily hair).

The 2 oz solid shampoo is nestled in the aluminum shower tin can. It is formulated with soothing oatmeal and conditioning natural oils instead of harsh chemicals. This product is very easy to use and transport. Plus, it smells so good! No kidding! I actually even spotted this item when I was on vacation to my country of birth, the Philippines. I’m definitely impressed with that. To use, simply rub 3 or 4 times over wet hair. This will bring up some suds for you to lather with. I found out a little goes a long way with this product.

DIRECTIONS: Get your hair nice and wet, run the bar over your hair 3 or 4 times, then lather in and rinse out. Return the bar to a dry place to insure its longevity. Solid is the way to save space in the shower and in the landfills. ONE Solid Shampoo lasts as long as 3 8 oz bottles of shampoo and it leaves your hair shiny and clean. Viola, you’re fabulous!

What I love about this product? It’s supposed to last about the equivalent of 3 regular 8 oz bottles of shampoo. My hair was long when I started using this (up to my waist), but then I donated 12 inches in the middle of using this. At the rate the product is being used up, I’d say it lasts about between 2 to 3 regular 8 oz bottles of shampoo really. It really depends on how much you think is enough on your hair to use. And as always, keep the solid shampoo in a dry place and you can slip it back into the aluminum shower tin can for travel. As far as serving its purpose of a shampoo, to clean hair, it does a pretty good job. My hair is squeaky clean and fresh smelling for the entire day. The scent reminds me of a combination of different fragrant flowers. It doesn’t dry it out at all or leave any residue that weighs my hair down. Note that this is based on my hair type and your experience may vary. It’s possible that experience and/or results will differ for you even if we have the same hair type. I have normal to oily hair that’s very straight and smooth.
What I don’t like about this product? Nothing really. I might prefer certain scents over the other, but this one I’ve used gets a thumbs up from me.
