Milani Color Statement Lipstick Pinks & Corals
You guys have seen swatches of the oranges and reds, now it’s time to move on to the next color group. Read on for my review and swatches on Milani Color Statement Lipstick Pink & Coral shades.
These are described as:
- One stroke, full coverage application
- Lightweight, creamy formula
- Contains Vitamins A, C & E to moisturize lips
Just as with the oranges and reds, I find these simply awesome. The formula is very creamy and pigmented with a super opaque payoff. The only shade not living up to the “one stroke, full coverage application” claim for me is Pink Frost. A few others are a little light or bald with just one stroke, but 2 strokes did the trick for me. Formula is super creamy and light just as they claimed to be. It glided on super smooth and my lips stay moisturized all day. As mentioned in my other review, there is no flaking or cracking that I get with some other lipsticks I’ve tried in the past. The finish for these shades vary from cream to vinyl to metallic and matte. For a match up on what type of finish each shade is, see my press release post on this here. All 7 shades are perfect for day or night. Staying power is very impressive still. There is barely any wear at all througout the day except for times when I have to consume food or take a drink. Even when that is the case, most of the color stayed on my lips and is still very pigmented. Swatches shown below are in ascending numeric order of the shades available in the pinks & corals category. For each shade, I applied 2 slow strokes onto my arm since one stroke was barely visible for the first shade.
These retail for $5.49 each and should now be available in retail stores where Milani is sold. Otherwise, try nabbing it online on their website.
