The Influenster insert boasts about this product: “Made with real bananas and almonds, Quaker Soft Bars in Banana Nut Bread flavor have tasty ingredients to help provide fuel to start your day. 5g Fiber, 20% of daily value of 5 B Vitamins and 6g of protein!”
Verdict? This product comes in an easy to open plastic pouch. Serving suggestion is clearly marked in the front with the following caption: “GREAT WARMED UP! Open one end to vent and microwave on HIGH for 10 seconds”. The flavor I tried only had 140 calories for the whole 1.48 oz / 42 g bar and it’s pretty filling. The flavor is pretty good and it’s as good as a cereal bar can get. It’s chewy and had the right amount of chunkiness in terms of texture.
