There’s not much words really that I could say more than what a lot of other bloggers already have about this shade. It’s stunningly beautiful at a very affordable price. Here’s Sally Hansen Black Tie.

Black Tie is a lovely duochrome shimmer. I originally didn’t think much of it since a lot of shades doesn’t translate the beauty of the in bottle color when applied on nails. This one, however, delivers. I see flashes of purple and green mostly. Shown is 2 coats with no top coat.
