Another collection I have my eyes peeled for Halloween? N.Y.C. definitely!
N.Y.C. New York Color Black Magic Collection
The shades shown are named Blackula and Pumpkin. I LOLed at Blackula. 
Blackula looks like a black creme and Pumpkin might be a gold metallic shimmer? I’m guessing these will be in a special Halloween display. You can find N.Y.C. products in chain drugstores and mass merchandisers nationwide.
I think that Blakula might possibly be the one that I’d chose or the two, I tend to like shimmery polishes.

Finally my Rite Aide got a tiny display for NYC. We are at such a disadvantage – 1 drugstore only in town and miles to go before you hit another that is no better. Not typically a fan of the Halloween polishes. It’s one short night and I just don’t like to see all the decorations like it’s a holiday ‘season’ up…most are tacky. I only do a mani for it if I am going to a party or out because it’s my b-day. Most of the time I don’t like to go out to dinner on my b-day – lousy service as most are upset they had to work that night! I also am not a fan of doing a costume. Funny, as a kid I was not all that into the costume thing either – mostly because mom always picked what I would be based on what patterns she liked and what she thought would keep me warm while out trick or treating. Plus I would have to wear the same thing a # of yrs in a row which I hated…took all the my part out of the process. Now I don’t even keep a Halloween sweatshirt around to put on in case I HAVE to have some kind of a costume last min. I have so little closet space and so not into the Xmas sweaters and all that stuff – I got rid of it all. I know I am in the minority here as they say the most $ spent on decorations after the Xmas holiday time is Halloween.

I don’t care much for the holiday itself, just the polish. I must say I am more excited about glow in the dark shades that other brands are putting out. They’re just not readily available throughout the year.
And you’re not alone, my drugstores don’t carry squat. My Walgreens doesn’t even have Milani!

There was actually a movie in the ’70′s called ‘Blakula’ or ‘Blackula’. It was a black vampire. LOL
These colors are right in line with the season.
